This notice describes enquiries sent through the Castmere website. Castmere is the product and operator display brand used on this site. It does not describe the separate processing performed by an independently operated customer streaming platform.

What you share with us

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and agreement that we may respond. You can also share your company name, public website, audience size, current streaming approach, intended platform use, budget and notes so we can focus the conversation. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. A website you provide is recorded with the enquiry; the form does not fetch or inspect it.

If the contact-page link contains supported campaign or referral labels, those labels can accompany your submitted enquiry. They describe the link used to reach this form, not a history of your browsing. Unsupported values are ignored; the form does not collect a previous page’s full URL, set tracking cookies or send a page-view event.

How the enquiry is handled

Your details are recorded in a private company intake system so the Castmere team can review and respond to your request. Submission creates a receipt reference and technical records used to prevent duplicate requests and abuse. It does not subscribe you to a mailing list, take payment or automatically book an appointment.

Cloudflare processes network requests to deliver and protect this website and its enquiry endpoint. Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes its provider practices. The enquiry form sends no payment-card information and does not require a browser account or cookies.

Retention and later conversations

Original enquiry intake records are scheduled for removal after 90 days. If an enquiry develops into a customer relationship, separate customer, contractual or accounting records may be needed under the terms and notices applicable to that relationship. This is not a promise to delete every related record on the same date.

Questions about your information

Use the contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request” if you want to ask about, correct or request removal of information you submitted. Include your receipt reference if you have it, but do not send identity documents or other sensitive information through the form. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
